Many musicians gained worldwide fame, but not all of them cementated their status as legendary icons. If one of those comes to Vienna, the rush takes the stadium or the Wiener Stadthalle to host all willing visitors. Ones again, Live Nation presents the „Peel It Back Tour 2025“ crossing Europe. 

As support, DJ and producer Boys Noize from Hamburg spins some tunes on C-stage close to the entry in the west of the Stadthalle D. He has worked with the who is who of the popular music scene, including names like The Chemical Brothers, Justice, Skrillex or Lady Gaga. 

The beats fill the hall, as most fans arrive early and position themselves strategically to the main and B-Stage. Because this is where Trent Reznor and Nine Inch Nails will start their show on the piano. Since the difficult gig at Frequency 2007, booked between Beatsteaks and Die Ärzte, the anticipation is great for an undisturbed concert. 

Already during Boys Noize, the light catches the attraction, like now with Trent Reznor on B-Stage, followed by the band. Then they change to main stage and hit it with „Wish“ and „March of the Pigs“. A transparent curtain works as canvas for visuals and shots of the live action. 

Equalizer lines pump up and down, black and white silhouettes of the key change to the fill of the image. Red and blue light carry „Gave Up“, before the next switch to B-Stage, where Boys Noize joins in again. Fog is falling and let the square appear like a cage during this symbiosis. 

For the final act 4, the curtain falls on main stage. After the outstanding „Closer“, Trent Reznor thanks the audience and introduces the band-members, which ‚most are Americans‘: „I’m Afraid Of Americans“ by David Bowie continues to the final trilogy „The Perfect Drug“, „Head Like a Hole“ and „Hurt“ giving chills (that got famous ones more in the version of Johnny Cash). At the end, the ‚NIИ‘ logo appears on the screen.
