Year Of The Goat, The Night Eternal, The Devastation

Monday’s are not everyone’s favorite time for going out. But this night, TON Music Productions invite to the basement of Viper Room for the sake of beautiful big, heavy, melodic and occult music in triplicate. 

The local support is the first suprise already: The Devastation is a four-piece of 13 to 15 years-old. They are rooted in the sounds of Black Sabbath, Ghost and Lucifer and bring this influence on stage, also with their clothing. Their presence is strong as are their songs like the single „The Discipline Of Death“. 

From Essen, Germany, The Night Eternal (Ván Records) are the second act. The Heavy Metal quintet with connections to Imha Tarikat shows itself impressed by The Devastation as well, telling that they have the music’s DNA in them. In their energetic show, they include songs like „Prince Of Darkness“ and „Stars Guide My Way“ from „Fatale“ and „Elysion (Take Me Over)“.  

Headliner of the night is the Swedish Occult Rock icon Year Of The Goat (Napalm Records) from Norrköping. With three guitars, they dive into their new album „Trivia Goddess“ with „The Power of Eve“. With songs like „Of Darkness“, „Spirits of Fire“ or „Pillars of the South“, they go back in discography. 

More highlights for sure are „Kiss of a Serpent“ together with singer Demetra Cartsos from The Devastation and „Alucarda“. The atmosphere is heart-warming despite the dark topics. Like this, a rare and homey evening of evil melodies and imageries comes to an end. 

And soon, names like The Great Gray Funk, Yawning Man, Sinister, The Röad Crew or Villagers of Ioannina City will visit Viper Room. Plus TON Music got even more on its schedule with Perturbator, Alestorm, Dopelord, Absu, Morbidfest, Panopticon and many more..
