And for a laid back evening, Arena Beisl is the place to be. A handwritten message, that came with the latest Tentacula album on vinyl including the graphic novel by aplaceformtom was the final proof – this is the right decesion. 

In the small hall, the second Erdberger Stadtentwicklungsfest starts its day one. At Beisl, Günther plays some good ol’ R’n’R with likes of Thin Lizzy. One hour before start, Torpedo Torpedo finish their soundcheck, giving a distinct taste of the great set that will follow. 

Forged in 2020, they played alongside Out Of Nothing at Escape two times already. They got the „Arrows of Time“ out on Electric Fire Records. On the „Verge“, their energetic Psychedelic Stoner takes to „Hell Below“. All instruments melt to the point, the voice hovers above. 

Main act this night is Grey Czar from Salzburg. ‚Active since late 2010’, they shared the stage with Orange Goblin at Rockhouse. In the beginning, the drums rule everything, yet soon, the strong strings catch up, and again, the several voices in this case top off the songs like from the latest ‚dystopian concept full-lenth‘ „Euarthropodia“. 

With their Heavy Stoner Prog Rock, Grey Czar make the Beisl as the smallest Arena stage feel huge. Like the fresh breeze of spring, their music fills the place, bodies and hearts. And while their next show is at Road Oilers MC Voglau, the Beisl has names like Kerbmaldarr, Guyod, Withered, Blütwürm, The Argies, Urban Misery and more up next on their agenda.
