Out Of The Well –  „Aletheia“ Album Releaseshow at Arena Wien – Kleine Halle + Arena Beisl Erdberg, Austria 20260213

Sometimes one would love to split oneself, just to be at several places at the same time. As Churchpenny Allstars play one of their rare shows at replugged, it would be one place to be. At the same time, the Arena is the hotspot for the local Metal scene. And even more, at Arena Beisl, the signs are on Heavy Rock. 

So the day after Napalm Death’s Campaign for Musical Destruction Tour hit the big hall again, the small one opens up for a releaseshow with three of the most renowned Viennese Metal bands. Ewïg Frost and Ravenous should have been part of the line-up as well, but instead, Diamond Falcon take the stage as opener. 

They celebrate the Metal like back at the Escape Birthday party last year. For sure they are the optimal choice to warm up the crowd about to Rock. The second band is known and related to the main act as well: Küenring made e.g. the Viper Room rumble before and now put the finest dual guitar lines on the audience. 

Ending with the obligatory fast banger „Streetfight“, everthing is set for the actual releaseshow. Meanwhile Cozmic George have started with their Heavy Stoner Psychedelic Rock at Beisl as well, sounding absolutely fantastic over the yard. At the small hall, Within Temptation are on as ‚56 years after the birth of Heavy Metal she’ll crawl…“ 

„Aletheia“ is the name of Wilhunt’s second album, out via Jawbreaker Records. It’s been awhile since they played at DasBACH with their debut, and now they present the highly sophisticated successor in its full length. Reminiscences to The Röad Crew can be found and a whole lotta marvelous pure Classic Heavy Metal. 

So they also celebrate the birthday of their bassist with songs like „Made Man“ and also take time to remember their former member Benjÿi Breeg, who just passed away. At Beisl, 90 have started their Noise Rock performance too, including German songs „Birkenstock“ and „Defibrillator“ in their encore. 

With so many great opportunities to headbang, this night leaves nothing more to be desired. And the Aftershow Metal party with special DJ set is just made for that as well.
