Some names and bands somehow stay in ones mind for one reason or another. Like the band LILI that evolved to Good Wilson. Or a similar act, that supported Greyshadow at Chelsea, and even the location still is stuck in this case. 

The name is Velvet Wasted and no, got nothing to do with a current AI ‚band‘. Because Velvet Wasted are real musicians from Graz, who toured with e.g. The Steaming Satellites already and with their second single of their upcoming album after earlier previous successes like „Blame It On The Nights“, they sing about life and all its facets. 

Still the term ‚artificial‘ somehow applies to the artwork. It shows a glass vitrine, in which a cloud (of dust) is glowing, like a volcano or lightning right before it unloads. In the lower right corner, the band and song title can be read: „Sooner Or Later“. With a love for the music of 90s and probably 00s, the track is basic Stadium Rock. 

The beat is right there and the prominent voice carries the song, bringing up U2 and Coldplay as well. Especially the chorus could be made to enthuse the charts and the fast accentuation reminds of good (old) Bon Jovi classics. A bridge with a break must not be missing and the lyrics are catchy too. 

To sing with it, they can be read in the video, that features a fistful of shots from the Nova Rock festival, where Velvet Wasted performed recently. The ‚head in clouds‘, they take literally, as the cloud mask is overdimensioned like the one of „Frank“. Set at the merchandise and ferris wheel in the famous glistening sunlight of the Pannonia Fields II, it puts a smile on every face in the end. And the next live dates are set as well at Dachstein Nights, Sunny Days Festival, Kantinenfest, Rocknite and Indie Ohren Festival.
