On Tuesday the ORF announces you a sweet concert for Wednesday. It is a week of local delicacies including likes of Paul Plut or Salamirecorder doing the premiere show at (one of) the best bars in town, the Damenspitz. At The Loft, where e.g. Ruhmer played already, Surfer music like in Pulp Fiction from The Sentinals welcomes you at the Café. 

A little bit later, the concert begins at the living room downstairs with Jesters. They praise the carpet, that is actually more beautiful than at the Loop, where they appeared before, but as the event is the Akustik Loft, pedalboards are forbidden. From their debut „Beavel“ they include „Subjectivity“, „Inspiration“, „Walking in the Positive“ or „Make Yourself at Home“ in their set. The Funk reminds of Tyrolean likes of Hello Sally, the Singer-Songwriter share of gab&gal, the didgeridoo of Triptonus and the Rock of Mick Hart. 

Second act of the night is miraculous Ivery, who shared the stage with Jesters already at Frühlingserwachen also featuring Lurch. And just recently, she performed as duo in Mödling. Tonight, she goes full band with Simon Blankenbichler (g), Johannes Schweiger (s, g), Tobias Pöcksteiner (b) and Michael Schatzmann (d). Especially songs like „How does it feel“ get to another level of power like this. As her parents are present, she thanks them for introducing her to The Eagles, what is a reason that „On Fire“ has several voices. „Wild Love“ was inspired by Tom Petty and others by Queen and Blondie. 

The newer pieces „We’re falling to pieces“ and „You Let Me Down“ are again well received, like the already well-established ones „Little Bluebird“, „Danny“ or „Believer“. And it feels like a delightful closing of this year already after many performances at Café 7*Stern, Kramladen, Beserlpark Festival, Club 1019 and more so it will be exciting to see what next year has in store..
